Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of LoveChristStudy (“we”, “us”, the “app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

LoveChristStudy provides Scripture reading (always free, with no account or subscription required), and optional Premium features including daily devotionals, Bible quizzes, structured reading plans, an AI study assistant, and a Bible-based scenario generator.

Premium subscription

• Title: LoveChristStudy Premium
• Length: 1 year, auto-renewing
• Price: $25.00 USD per year (price may vary by region; the exact price is shown before you confirm purchase)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same 1-year term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal price will match the current subscription price.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device’s Account Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS), or from the “Manage subscription” button in the app.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if one is offered, is forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.
• Scripture reading remains free and available without a subscription. Premium only gates devotionals, quizzes, reading plans, the AI assistant, and the scenario generator.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Premium access until then. Purchases made through the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own terms — refund requests should be made through your Apple ID purchase history.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt the service, no scraping or reverse engineering, and no using the AI study assistant or scenario generator to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to harass others.

Content and accuracy

AI-generated devotionals, quizzes, scenarios, and assistant responses are provided as study aids and reflect an AI model’s output — they are not a substitute for pastoral guidance or personal study of Scripture, and we do not guarantee their theological accuracy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
